Community Outreach
BCHDI uses the community outreach medium to sensitize the community on health education and information and also to provide home based care especially for the sick and severely malnourished population.
The aim of this outreach sponsorship is to ensure increased knowledge of HIV/AIDS, provide HCT service, PMTCT services, and create awareness so to reduce the negative impact of HIV/AIDS on vulnerable people. Biire also uses this medium to provide home based care especially for newborns and nursing mothers.
Biire conducts weekly outreach services by our staff and volunteers who identify a community and then carry out weekly outreach intervention such as Free HIV, Malaria, TB testing, antenatal referrals, Food and Nutritional Support as well as Psychological care.

Community Sponsorship is Biire Foundation’s initiative that provide opportunity for Nigerians to make regular donations in support of extremely poor communities through a structured and accountable mechanism.
All donation is been directed towards making less privilege individuals, families, and communities as a whole better.
With donations as small as N2000 a month (N65 a day), you can help keep a child in school, overcome poverty in areas such as food, education, health, human security in conflict and emergencies.
